1. Purpose and seller
These terms govern the use of the GOMYACADEMY platform (https://gomyacademy.ai) and the sale of Premium subscriptions by GO MY CODE, a limited liability company (SARL) with share capital of DT 1,662,000, Lot 111, Place Tahar Haddad, Les Berges du Lac, 1053 La Marsa, Tunis — Tunisia, RNE 1485193A, tax identification number 1485193/A (subject to VAT — code A).
2. Service description
GOMYACADEMY is an online platform for preparing for the Tunisian baccalaureate: courses, exercises, exam papers with detailed solutions, an AI tutor and, when offered, live sessions with teachers.
Registration and the free account have no time limit. The free account gives access, in every subject, to the first lesson and the first exercise (with its solution) and to any content marked as free; to 5 questions to the AI tutor; and, when live sessions are offered, to one live session per subject and the replays of the sessions attended. All other lessons, exercises, solutions and exam papers are reserved for Premium.
Premium gives access to every lesson, every exercise and its solution, exam papers, extended AI tutor use and, when offered, all live sessions and their replays, as described on the Subscription page before any order is placed.
3. Prices
Subscription prices (3, 6 or 9 months) are displayed in Tunisian dinars (TND), inclusive of all taxes and VAT, on the Subscription page before payment. GO MY CODE charges no additional fees beyond the displayed price; any bank transfer fees are payable by the buyer. GO MY CODE may change its prices without affecting subscriptions already paid for.
4. Orders and payment
Four payment methods are offered:
- Bank card or e-DINAR: online payment on Flouci's secure page when confirming the subscription on the platform.
- Flouci: online payment through Flouci when confirming the subscription on the platform.
- Bank transfer: the user transfers payment to the account shown on the Subscription page, then uploads proof of payment in the application.
- Cash at a GOMYCODE space: at one of the GOMYCODE spaces listed on the Subscription page.
A card or Flouci payment is approved as soon as the payment gateway confirms it. A bank transfer or cash payment is reviewed manually by our team, usually within 48 business hours. The subscription starts upon approval. Its length runs from that activation date, or is added to the end of the current subscription if the user is already Premium.
5. Delivery
The service is entirely digital: delivery consists of activating Premium access on the user's account as soon as payment has been approved. No physical items are shipped.
6. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
- Before payment approval, a request may be cancelled free of charge by email.
- After activation, access to digital content is immediate. Under the rules applicable to digital content supplied immediately, the subscription is generally non-refundable.
- If a major service failure attributable to GO MY CODE is not resolved within a reasonable time, the user may request a pro-rata refund for the remaining period by writing to support@gomyacademy.ai.
7. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Tunisian law, including Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000 on electronic exchanges and electronic commerce. In a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution through support@gomyacademy.ai; otherwise, the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction.
